Segment Bible Template
Document one recurring segment: purpose, timing, rules, and variations so you can run it consistently.
Viewers return for segments they can anticipate. A segment bible is the recipe — not a script word-for-word.
Segment identity
Segment name (sayable on LIVE)
One-sentence purpose (why it exists)
Default slot (e.g. minute 15–25, or after first gift wave)
Structure
Open cue (how viewers know it started)
Core activity (3–5 steps max)
Close cue (how it ends cleanly)
Rules and variations
Non-negotiable rules (time cap, tone, who participates)
Allowed variations (themes, guests, difficulty)
When to skip or shorten (bad day protocol)
