Quiet-chat protocol (in order)

Do not apologize for low viewers or silence
Narrate what you are doing for 30–60 seconds
Teach or share one small useful thing
Invite with one clear, answerable question (then wait)
Continue the segment you planned — do not abandon structure
If still silent after 20 seconds, rotate to next prompt (not panic)
