Pre-LIVE promo and on-LIVE shout structure so both creators look professional.
Before LIVE
- Agreed topic / format in writing
- Agreed start window and backup plan
- Each creator has a one-line intro for the other
- Promo posts mention mutual value (not just 'come hang')
- Exit ramp / next-LIVE cues drafted for both rooms
On LIVE
- Introduce guest with specific context (not vague hype)
- Give guest real airtime — not a cameo for clout optics
- Deliver both return cues before the end
- Thank specifically after, not only during
