Escalation Path Checklist

Escalation steps (use in order unless safety risk)
- Soft redirect — name the norm, invite reset
- Clear warning — state consequence if it continues
- Timeout / mute — cool the room without a speech
- Remove — protect the room; do not debate in public
- Host debrief — log what happened and adjust handbook if needed
