Delay & Cancel Communication Checklist
How you tell people when plans change — silence is not a strategy.
When delayed
- Post a delay note before or at the posted time when possible
- State the new target window
- Acknowledge briefly on stream if you still go live
When canceling
- Say so before the slot when possible
- Offer the next real OS calendar day
- Update the OS — do not ghost the week
