Battle Week Checklist
Scheduling, explicit partner confirmation, day-of promotion, and hosting structure for the week you run your first real battle.
This is game day, not another rehearsal. Work through this before you promote anything, and keep it visible during the battle itself.
Scheduling & confirmation
- Battle scheduled in Battle Hub with a real date, start time, and format visible to the network
- Explicit yes received from your partner — 'confirmed, see you then,' not a soft maybe
- Reschedule plan and tone boundaries already agreed on from your partner agreement
Day-of promotion timeline
Announcement video (posted day before or morning of)
Hashtags used (3–5, specific and relevant)
Story reminder (time visible)
Optional cross-post closer to start time
Hosting shape — Open, Play, Recover, Close
- Open: welcomed both rooms, named the format, set the tone
- Play: called scoreboard swings with steady energy in either direction
- Recover: used gaps between rounds deliberately — recap, thank-you, setup
- Close: thanked opponent by name, thanked both chats, named what's next
